Its Easy Lets start

Create Any Apps Shortcut in to the Desktop I use Subway Surfer 

rename it any like subway surfer as ss , sf etc

 now copy or cut your shortcut and paste in to the Windows/ directry

 now open run and type your given rename key..

 

 These Process Works with in all windows Programs
